How The Rebellion Was Born
After years of enduring emotional and mental abuse from my ex-husband, I realized that being the "good" wife and mother wasn't just exhausting, it was soul crushing. I felt like I was fading, losing the woman I once was, and becoming someone who didn't feel authentic.
During that time, I said yes when I wanted to say no. I was smiled through pain and told everyone that I was fine while silently suffering. I became disconnected from my own body, my boundaries, and myself.
When I finally found the strength to leave, I discovered that the deepest pain wasn't what had been done to me. It was from how I had abandoned myself. I silenced my thoughts and opinions, believing that would make me loveable. But I didn't like who I had become. She was meek and afraid, and I couldn't be her anymore.
The moment I stopped trying to be palatable and started embracing my inner fire was the moment this program was born. The Inner Rebellion™ is the result of years of growth, healing, and rediscovery.
This is my rebellion. This is how I chose to fight back against the social scripts that teach us to be quiet, compliant, and "good."

What is The Inner Rebellion™
The Inner Rebellion™ is a four-week transformational journey for women who are ready to ignite their inner fire. This program reaches beyond surface-level self-improvement and burns deeper into self-liberation. From family traditions to cultural norms, women have been told they have to fit a type or they aren't lovable. As America Ferrera said in Barbie, "we always have to be extraordinary, but somehow we're always doing it wrong."
We will work together (in a group or one-on-one, in person or online) to uncover the stories and roles you have picked up over the years from family expectations and cultural norms to all the ways you've learned to hide your fire. This is a space for real talk, reflection, and support, plus you get amazing tools like a workbook and journal prompts to fuel your fire.
Each week, we focus on something different:
-
First, you'll get clear on the scripts you've been living by and start letting go of the ones that don't serve you.
-
Then, you'll learn to feel and honor your emotions, especially the ones you've been told were "too much."
-
Next, you'll practice setting boundaries and making choices that feel true to you.
-
Finally, you'll step into self-leadership, trusting yourself and your voice.
If you show up for yourself in this process, you'll start to feel less anxious and more confident. It will be easier to say what you mean, set boundaries without guilt, and connect with others in a real way. Most of all, you'll feel what it's like to take your power back and use it to shape your life. It's not easy, but it's honest, and you don't have to do it alone. If you're ready to stop playing small and start living as your whole self, The Inner Rebellion™ is here for you.
