The Inner Rebellion™
for Teens
A 4-week immersive journey guiding girls from emotional suppression to embodied leadership. Through self-trust, emotional awareness, and voice reclamation, they learn to lead from within, where emotional power becomes their compass.
Workshops for
Youth Groups
Heart-centered, interactive workshops designed for schools, after-school programs, and youth organizations. Each session explores trauma-informed topics like boundaries, emotional resilience, and voice reclamation, empowering youth to lead with confidence and care.
